Cathy Bailey- raised in North Carolina is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a double major in marketing and management.

She has been recognized as a Multi-million dollar producer every year since embarking on her real estate career, recognized as the 2002 Graham and Boles Team player of the year. Joining the Prudential family in 2004, she has been recognized with the Prudential Chairman Circle Gold award (top 3% of agents nationally) for 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008 plus the Prudential Chairman Circle Platinum award (top 1% of agents nationally) for 2005.
